Requesting a Full Access Account
To establish a Full Access Account (for teachers and publishers), please visit cgscholar.com and press "Sign Up." Then, contact us through the web form below and we will upgrade your account to full trial access for 60 days.
Note: Under 18 students should not send direct support requests. If you are a student, please let your teacher know about any technical issues or questions you have.

We will contact you via email to discuss costs and arrange for a csv file transfer to create the accounts. If you would prefer we contact you by phone, please provide the number where you can be reached and your preferred days and times for a call.
To request training, please submit, in addition to your complete contact information, the type of training you would prefer (1-hour web, half-day on site, full-day on site, or a custom form) and desired dates for training.
Please check the Scholar Tutorials before submitting technical support requests (to ensure you understand how Scholar is supposed to function). If you determine a technical support report or request is still needed, follow these guidelines:
Technical support requests may be made through the link in Scholar (lower, right-hand corner), to our support mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org, or through the form below.
To report a possible bug, please include the following details: user's name and sponsor, if applicable; operating system; browser type and version number; and a step by step description of what happened when the bug occurred.
With the step by step description of what happened when the bug occurred, please also include the date/time, if known, and a screen capture or screen cast of the issue. Screen captures or casts should be full window, with the URL visible.
